These terms apply to your use of corexsales.com. Any paid lead research project is governed by the scope, price, delivery timing and conditions agreed with Core X Sales before work starts.
Our services
Core X Sales provides B2B lead generation, verified email list building, LinkedIn lead research, niche-targeted prospect lists, LinkedIn outreach and email sending after list preparation. Outreach services depend on a separately agreed scope, permissions and applicable legal requirements. Deliverables may include business contact and company fields specified for the project and are generally delivered as Excel or CSV files.
Free samples and quotations
Submitting a requirements form does not create a paid order or guarantee project acceptance. Free samples are provided to demonstrate proposed targeting and format. All project prices must be confirmed separately before purchase.
Data accuracy and bounce rates
We manually research business information and apply email verification. We aim for an email bounce rate under 1%, but we do not guarantee a zero bounce rate or specific outreach results, replies, sales or conversions. Business contact information can change after verification.
Delivery and revisions
Small orders may be delivered in one day when the agreed scope permits. Timing for other projects is confirmed before work begins. Free revisions apply to corrections consistent with the agreed requirements; material changes to targeting or volume may require a new quote.
Client responsibilities
Client organizations are responsible for checking the lawful basis for collecting and using contact data, following opt-out requests, and complying with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and applicable privacy, email marketing and local laws. Core X Sales does not provide legal advice or permission to send unsolicited communications.
Third-party platforms
You may separately transact through Fiverr or use exported data with Mailchimp or HubSpot. Those platforms have their own terms and policies. Links to external sites do not mean they endorse Core X Sales.
Use of this website
Do not submit illegal material, malicious files or misleading inquiries. We may decline abusive requests. You must only upload material you have authority to share for business research purposes.
Limitations
This website and any illustrative examples are provided to explain our services. Specific deliverables and any commercial remedies must be set out in your project agreement. Nothing here overrides rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
